Randa led the volleyball team to quarterfinal finishes in 2007, 2008 and 2009, earning first team All-American honors and GPAC Player of the Year recognition for last two years. A four-time all-conference selection, she is Northwestern's career leader in blocks with 183, block assists with 541 and total blocks with 724. In basketball, she was a member of national championship teams in 2008 and 2010, earning first team all-GPAC and second team All-American honors as a senior. In 2009 she set an NAIA national tournament record with 26 rebounds in a game. She finished her career with 1,048 and 770 rebounds.
