During Greg Terpstra's four years on the Northwestern fotball team, the Red Raiders went 30-12-1. The 1994 squad finished as a national semi-finalist, while the 1992 team lost a first-round playoff game. A defensive back, Terpstra is tied for fourth in Northwestern's record books in career interceptions, with 19. In 1994 Terpstra was the NAIA statistical interception leader with 11 and in 1995 he was the satistical leader in punt returns with 12 for 233 yards and 1 touchdown. During his career, he was named an NAIA All-American in 1995 and 1994. Terpstra also ran on the Red Raider track team.
