The team MVP all four years as a Red Raider, Rachel was a second team All-American as a freshman and a first team All-American each subsequent season. She finished her tenure as the all time leader in scoring with 2,517 points, in rebounding with 1,119 and in steal with 291. In 2000 Rachel was the NAIA and NIAC player of the year as well as an NAIA Scholar-Athlete and Emily Liston Award winner. Her senior season honors included NAIA and GPAC player of the year, NAIA Kodak All-American and the national tournament MVP. The Red Raiders were national champions in 2001.
