2019: GPAC nominee for the A.O. Duer Award; NAIA Scholar Athlete; all-conference (15th place) at GPAC Championship; team's top runner in two races, among top seven Northwestern runners in all four races competed in.

2018: NAIA Scholar Athlete; earned all-conference honors with eighth place finish at GPAC Championship; national qualifier; four top 10 finishes.

2017: national qualifier; earned all-conference honors, placing 5th at GPAC Championship; three top-10 finishes

2016: competed in six meets; two top-10 finishes

Academic: Elementary Education major; Psychology minor.  Personal: daughter of Corey and Sharon; sister to Kaitlin, Caleb and Annika; also a 6x All-American for the Red Raider track and field team.

High School: competed three years for the Norfolk High School cross country, track and field and swim teams; qualified for the state cross country meet multiple years, finishing 13th at state in the 5K as a senior; placed 15th at the state meet as a junior; qualified for state in track and field multiple times, finishing 14th in the 1600m; qualified two consecutive years as a member of the 4x400 relay and holds five records at Norfolk; named the team’s most valuable runner in both sports,.
