2020: first team all-conference; finished 12th at the GPAC Championship; two top 15 finishes

2019: NAIA qualifier for second consecutive year; all-conference honors; finished 10th at the GPAC Championship; pair of top 10 finishes; three in the top 20. 

2018: earned all-conference honors with 12th place finish at GPAC Championship; NAIA qualifier; two top 20 finishes.

Academic: Youth Ministry major; Christian Missions minor. Personal: daughter of Mark and Holly; sister to Hunter, Hope, Parker and Cooper; also runs track for the Red Raiders; all-conference in the 1500m (outdoor).

High School: four-year letterwinner for the Albert Lea Senior High cross country and track teams; earned all-conference honors three years and qualified for the state cross country meet as a junior; has personal bests of 5:29 in the 1600m, 12:03 in the 3200m and 19:06 in the 5K.
