Thompson Named GPAC Golfer of the Week

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Brooke Thompson, a freshman from Story City, Iowa, representing Northwestern women's golf, has been named the GPAC Golfer of the Week for Week 12.

During the Briar Cliff Spring Match Play Championship, Thompson delivered a 3-0 performance. She achieved decisive victories over her opponents, defeating Hope Faber of Dordt 6&4, Emmarie Miles of Doane 5&4, and Ellery Jansen of Briar Cliff 7&6.

The Raiders will continue play at the Concordia Invite today before playing at the Mustang Spring Invite in Coralville, Iowa next week.
