Langsy’s Scoring Outburst Recognized by GPAC

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Northwestern guard Jalen Langsy has been selected as the GPAC Offensive Player of the Week, presented by Hauff Mid-America Sports.

Langsy scored 41 and 30 points in two wins last week, averaging 35.5 points on 65.9% shooting. He made 11 total threes at a 61.1% clip and was a perfect 6-for-6 from the line. On the year, Langsy has three 40-point games and has gone over 30 six times.

The sophomore from Shakopee, Minnesota is currently second in the NAIA in points per game (27.6).

The Raiders are back in action on Saturday, traveling to Midland for a 3:45 p.m. tip-off.
