Brock Murphy Tabbed GPAC All-Conference Golfer

15th straight year NWC has had an all-conference golfer

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Junior Brock Murphy has been tabbed a Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) All-Conference performer, the league office announced this morning.

Murphy (Jr., Tea, S.D.) finished tied for 26^th in the three rounds of the GPAC Championships this season. He shot a season average of 73.9, earning an at-large spot on this year's All-Conference team.

"Brock had a phenomenal junior campaign," said head coach Aaron Aberson. "He was incredibly consistent and helped lead us to a great team year."

On the season, he shot a season-low of 67 at the Grand View Invitational on October 19, shooting -4 on the tournament.

Murphy is now a two-time All-Conference golfer in his Red Raider career, as he marks the 15^th straight year the NWC men's golf program has had an All-Conference golfer.

For Aberson, concluding his 12^th season leading the Northwestern men's golf program, has now coached 33 GPAC All-Conference golfers, plus two Honorable Mention performers.
