2017: national qualifer; all-conference and GPAC runner-up; 2x GPAC runner of the week (Sept. 13, Oct. 11); won the Defender Classic, four top 25 finishes; best 8K time-24:58 (GPAC)

2016: national qualifier; all-conference with sixth place finish at GPAC meet; four top 25 finishes; best 8K time-25:44 (GPAC); top finish-6th (2x)

2015: earned all-conference honors with 11th place finish at GPAC Championship; one top 20 finish; one of the team's top six runners in every meet; team's #1 runner at the NAIA Championship. 

2014: competed in all seven meets as a freshman; one top 25 finish; ran as one of the Red Raiders' top nine runners in every meet; placed 26th at the GPAC meet.

High School: earned eight letters running for the Spirit Lake High School cross country and track and field teams; four-time state qualifier in cross country; finished seventh and earned all-state honors as a senior; qualified for the state meet in three events in track and field as a senior, finishing third as a member of the 4x800 relay; also placed 15th in the 800m and 20th in the 1600m; qualified for the Drake Relays and also finished third in the 4x800m relay as a junior. 

Academic: Accounting/Finance major. Personal: son of Mark and Kris; brother to Travis and Tyler; also a letterwinner and All-American in track and field for the Red Raiders; earned all-conference honors seven times (3-2015, 4-2016).
