2017: NAIA Scholar Athlete; national qualifier; earned all-conference honors; GPAC Runner of the Week (Sept. 27); best 8K time-25:59 (GPAC); top finish-2nd (Dordt).

2016: NAIA Scholar Athlete; national qualifier; earned all-conference honors; competed in five meets; four top 25 finishes; best 8K time / top finish-25:56 / 10th (GPAC).

2015: earned all-conference honors; one of the Red Raiders top two runners in every meet; team's top runner in three meets; three top-10 finishes, placed seventh at the GPAC Championship.

2014: one of the Red Raiders top five runners in every meet as a freshman; earned all-conference honors with a 15th place finish at the GPAC Championship; one top 10 finish; four in the top 25. 

High School: earned eight letters running for the Nebraska Christian High School cross country and track and field teams; three-time all-state selection who received Super State honors after winning the class D individual championship as a senior; helped lead his team to the state title in 2010 and 2012 and runner-up finishes in 2011 and 2013; won the state championship in the 800m in 2013. Adacemic All-State in cross country and track.

Academic: Biology Health Professions major; Chemistry minor; 4x NAIA Scholar Athlete. Personal: son of Greg and Caroline; brother to Alexis, Brittany, Sally, Anthony, who was a member of both the cross country and track and field teams at Northwestern, Adrian and Rachel; letterwinner, All-American for the Red Raider track and field team; member of the 4x800 relay that won the GPAC Indoor Championship.
