2020: all-conference honors; competed in four races; finished 15th at the GPAC Championship

2019: NAIA Scholar Athlete; national qualifier; earned all-conference honors with 13th place finish at GPAC Championship; among Raiders top three runners in four events; two top 25 finishes. 

2018: competed in five races; placed 23rd at the GPAC Championship; one top 10 and three top 25 finishes.

2017: competed in five meets; one top 25 finish

Academic: Accounting major; Political Science minor. Personal: son of Mark and Monica; brother to Emily, Jacob and Madeline; also a letterwinner for the Red Raider track and field team. 

Best 8K Time: 25:57 - @ GPAC (2019); Best Finish: 9th - @ Dordt (2018)

High School: competed six years in cross country and three in track and field for both Norris High School and Community Christian; qualified for the Minnesota state cross country meet as a junior and then placed ninth at the Nebraska State Cross Country as a senior.
