GPAC Honors Parmelee as First Team All-Conference Pick

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – The Great Plains Athletic Conference (GPAC) has honored Noah Parmelee as a First Team All-Conference selection.

Noah Parmelee – First Team (141 lbs)
Parmelee earned his second-straight All-GPAC selection and first career First Team honor after a GPAC title-winning season. The senior from Sioux City, Iowa holds a 21-5 record, the No. 10 ranking in the NAIA at 141 pounds, and is the new single-season program record holder for match points (386).

"What an honor for Noah! It speaks to his work ethic and the commitment he's had this year to compete at a high level," said head coach Rik Dahl.

Parmelee qualified for the NAIA Championships, where he will battle next weekend in Park City, Kansas.

Doane's Tyson Beauperthuy was named the GPAC Wrestler of the Year, while Mekhi Bovee of Morningside and Josh Watts of Concordia were named Freshman of the Year and Coach of the Year, respectively.
