Parmelee Heads to Wichita for NAIA Championships

ORANGE CITY, Iowa – The 2026 NAIA Men's Wrestling National Championship is set to take place from March 5-7 at the Heartland Credit Union Arena in Wichita, Kansas. Wrestling enthusiasts will have the opportunity to witness top collegiate talent, including standout Raider Noah Parmelee.

Competing in the 141-pound weight class, Parmelee enters the championship as the No. 9 seed. He is scheduled to face Adam Stanley of Embry-Riddle (Ariz.) in the opening round. Stanley finished eighth at the Cascade Collegiate Conference Championships, setting the stage for an intriguing matchup.

The winner of the matchup between Parmelee and Stanley will face the winner of No. 8 Logan Wagner (Marian) and Cole McKinley (Lourdes).

Parmelee's 2025-26 season has been nothing short of remarkable. He has achieved a 21-5 record, racking up a school-record 386 match points. His 111 takedowns are the second-highest in Northwestern College history, and he has secured 10 tech falls throughout the season. These impressive statistics underscore his prowess on the mat and highlight why he is one to watch at the championship.

In addition to his impressive stats, Parmelee's accolades include being a back-to-back NAIA Championships qualifier, the 141-pound 2026 GPAC Champion, and a 2026 First Team All-GPAC selection.

For those unable to attend in person, the championship will be available for free via livestream on the Urban Edge Network, allowing fans to follow the action from anywhere.
