Raiders Win Season-Opening Competition

SIOUX CENTER, Iowa – Northwestern began the 2026 competitive cheer season with a win, taking first at the Dordt Invite on Saturday.

The Raiders won the eight-team field for their second first-place finish in the last three competitions, dating back to the 2025 GPAC Championships. Their 83.95 score put them atop the field by a slim margin, beating out Doane's score of 83.90.
