Northwestern at No. 10 in Final Regular Season Poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Red Raider softball team remained in the top 10 in the NAIA Coaches' Poll, dropping three spots from their previous rating.

Northwestern earned the top seed in the GPAC tournament, compiling a 40-win regular season for the third year in a row. A senior-driven lineup has led the way, with Gwen Mikkelsen hitting .436 with 53 RBIs. Ashtyn Billings is second in the GPAC with 29 stolen bases, and pitchers Ellie Jacobson (2.22) and Kate Kralik (135) are second in the league in ERA and strikeouts, respectively.

There was a shakeup in the top five as Science and Arts (Okla.) rose to No. 1. Following the Drovers were Oregon Tech, Cumberlands (Ky.), Southern Oregon, and Our Lady of the Lake (Texas).
