Smith Leads Northwestern to First at Raider Invitational

ORANGE CITY, Iowa – Evan Smith birdied the playoff hole to break the first-place tie with teammates Axton Miller and Qwenton Caldwell as Northwestern won its annual spring home event.

Smith earned his first career win, with both Smith and Miller matching their career-low rounds of 67 in the second go-around.

Jackson Laven and Ray Greller also finished in the top 20, tying for 17^th.

Northwestern's 277 in the second round is the fourth-best round in program history.
