Raiders Aim for Third Consecutive GPAC Title

ORANGE CITY, Iowa – The 2026 GPAC Men's Golf Championships are set to take place from April 20-21 at the Dakota Dunes Country Club in Dakota Dunes, South Dakota. Golf enthusiasts and supporters of Red Raider golf will have the opportunity to witness Northwestern's men's golf team in their pursuit of a third consecutive GPAC title, aiming to secure their 10th championship in school history.
 
Northwestern's lineup features standout athletes who have made significant impacts throughout the season. Axton Miller, last year's GPAC individual champion, has consistently performed well, achieving five top-10 finishes this season with an average score of 72.4. His previous success at the GPAC Championships makes him a key player to follow.
 
Qwenton Caldwell holds the team's best average at 72.2 and has also secured five top-10 finishes during this season. His consistent performance adds depth to Northwestern's formidable lineup. Another athlete to watch is Ray Greller, who recently claimed victory at the Red Raider Spring Invite, setting a program record with a 63 in the first round. Greller's four top-10 finishes this season further highlight his competitive edge.
 
Evan Smith and Ben Christy round out the team, with Smith boasting three top-10 finishes, including a victory at the Doane Spring Invite, and Christy maintaining a solid average of 74.2. The combined efforts of these athletes position Northwestern as a strong contender for the championship.
