Ben Wise (Spearfish, S.D.) has signed a letter of intent to continue his soccer career at Northwestern College.  

Wise completed an outstanding four-year career playing for both Spearfish High School and the Spearfish Strikers. Wise earned all-state and all-conference honors after leading his team to the class AA state quarterfinals with a 13-1-2 record last fall.
 
"Ben is the third all-state player from South Dakota that we signed in this year's recruiting class," said Northwestern Head Coach Dan Swier. "Ben is a versatile player who has gained valuable experience playing several different positions over the years. With his strong history of playing for winning teams, Ben will undoubtedly add to the quality and depth of our team next fall."
 
Wise was named a Regent Scholar and plans to study Finance at Northwestern. He is the son of Jim and Shari.
 
"I chose to attend Northwestern because of its outstanding athletic and academic programs," commented Wise.
