Taylor Van Ostrand (Lincoln, Neb.) has signed a letter of intent to continue her golf career at Northwestern College next fall.

Van Ostrand recently concluded her outstanding four-year career playing for the Lincoln Christian High School golf team. Van Ostrand is a four-time state medalist, finishing in the top 10 all four years. She placed fourth this fall, earning all-state honors, and is a three-time district and conference champion. Van Ostrand has a scoring average of 78 (18 holes) and is an academic all-state selection. She plans to major in Nursing at Northwestern and is the daughter of Perry and Lisa.

"I am very excited to have Taylor join our Red Raider women's golf team," commented Northwestern Head Coach Courtney Den Herder. "Taylor is someone I recruited hard this past summer and is a great fit for both our team and Northwestern College. I look forward to coaching her over the next four years."
