Biography
2020: all-conference (5th place) in the 4x400 relay (indoor); competed in six meets during the indoor season; one first place and seven top 10 finishes.
High School:Â lettered four years in for Des Moines Christian; three-time state qualifier, competing at the Blue Oval as a member of the sprint medley as a junior and in the distance medley as a senior; earned all-conference honors, running the 200m in the sprint medley, last spring.
