2017: received first letter after playing in 10 games at wide receiver and member of the special teams.

High School: played two years for Denison-Schleswig; earned second team all-district and all-western Iowa honors after leading his team with 38 catches for 637 yards and six touchdowns; averaged 17 yards per catch and accounted for 20.5 tackles and a team-leading two interceptions on defense; named team captain and most valuable player.
