Biography

2017: 4x letter winner; NAIA Scholar Athlete; started / played in all 12 games at linebacker; led team with 71 tackles; named team's most valuable player; Pflieger-Olson academic award. 

2016: letter winner; NAIA Scholar Athlete; played in nine games at linebacker.

2015: letter winner; played in all 10 games as a member of special teams and as a defensive back.

2014: letter winner; played in 10 games as a member of special teams; posted one tackle.

High School: played three years for Millard West High School; earned all-state honorable mention honors after posting 47 tackles, two forced fumbles and one interception as a senior; first team all-district and all-conference pick and led his team to the state semifinals. 

Academic: Finance major; Accounting minor. Personal: son of Jamie and Jeremy Gilfry and Jeff and Julisa Novotny; brother to Jackson, Lillian, Lidia, Miles and Devaney.
