Parmelee Qualifies for NAIA Championships

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) has released its qualifiers for the 2026 NAIA National Championships, and Northwestern senior Noah Parmelee earned a spot in the field for the second consecutive year.

Wrestling at 141 pounds, Parmelee earned an automatic berth by winning a GPAC title last weekend. In his appearance at the national meet in 2025, Parmelee went 2-2, winning by fall and sudden victory before falling in the third consolation round. This season, Parmelee holds a 21-5 record, is the 10^th-ranked wrestler at 141 pounds, and broke Northwestern's single-season match points record (386).

The event will be held from March 5-7 at the Heartland Credit Union Arena in Park City, Kansas.
