Raiders Win Home Invitational

ORANGE CITY, Iowa - The competitive cheer team ended their regular season with another invitational win, this time at home in Orange City, with an average score of 90.71.

The Raiders topped the ten-team field of GPAC and other NAIA opponents on Friday before coming in second over a nine-team field on Saturday. Northwestern's winning score of 90.90 beat second-place Dickinson State by five points. Dickinson State would bounce back and beat out the 90.52 point scoring Raiders on Saturday with a 94.05 point performance. Northwestern would hold on to be the overall champion with an average score of 90.71.
