Northwestern Sweeps Hastings on Friday Night

Box Score HASTINGS, Neb. – The Red Raider men's tennis team entered the win column in conference play with a 7-0 win over Hastings.

It was a dominant showing for Northwestern, who swept doubles to get a team point before taking all five singles spots. Jose Calderon came back from a first-set deficit for the win, while David Bomgaars also won in the third set. Arthur Vicente stayed alive for a 7-5, 6-4 win, while Collin Harmelink and Tanner Laube both won their respective singles.
