Northwestern Squeezes by Mount Marty on Homecoming Weekend

ORANGE CITY, Iowa – The doubles point proved to be the separator as Northwestern eked out a 4-3 win against Mount Marty.

The No. 1 doubles team of David Garces and Andres Horobeanu took a 6-2 win, while the No. 2 match came down to the wire, taken by Samy Khiyara and Arthur Vicente in a 7-2 tiebreaker.

Garces, Horobeanu, and Vicente all earned team points in singles, helping the Raiders to their first win of the year.
