Competitive Cheer Kicks Off Season Up North

DICKINSON, N.D. – In Northwestern's first competition of the season and the first hosted by Dickinson State (N.D.), the Red Raider competitive cheer team went 1-1 in a pair of duals.

Northwestern picked up a dual win over Carroll (Mont.), compiling a score of 77.7-58.1 and then fell to the host Blue Hawks 95.30-78.75.

Up Next: The Raiders will compete at the York Invite and Concordia Day of Duals in Nebraska next Friday and Saturday.
