Raiders Pick Up Home Win Over NCAA D-II USF

Box Score ORANGE CITY, Iowa – The Northwestern women's tennis team has started out 2-0 to begin the fall season, defeating the University of Sioux Falls (S.D.) 4-3 in today's action.

The Cougars received the first point with doubles wins at No. 2 and No. 3 to gain the advantage heading into singles.

Northwestern's performances in singles decided the match, as four Raiders took points to earn the team win. The deciding point came down to the No. 5 match as Ainslie Robinson took a 7-2 tiebreak set victory to win the first set and followed up with a 6-2 second set win to secure the win.
