Cheer Marks Highest Score in Two Years at Home Dual

ORANGE CITY, Iowa – The Red Raider cheer team competed against the Dickinson State (N.D.) Blue Hawks on Monday afternoon in Orange City in front of their home crowd. The dual saw Northwestern score its highest mark in two seasons with an 88.05.

Coming into the day, Northwestern was averaging a score of 82.45, beating their average by nearly six points today. Dickinson State, the NAIA leader in scoring average, bettered their season average of 94.45 with a score of 95.3 to win the dual.

Up Next: Northwestern will head to Crete, Nebraska on March 8-9 to compete in the GPAC Championships.
