NWC Athletics Launches Website Redesign

Northwestern continues partnership with SIDEARM Sports

ORANGE CITY, Iowa – Northwestern College Athletics is proud to announce the new look to nwcraiders.com, launched today, May 11, 2022 as Northwestern continues their athletic partnership with SIDEARM Sports as their website, live streaming, and live stats provider.

The new athletics website features a face lift to better incorporate the new Raider athletics brand identity. Additionally, the new look includes a slot for the newly reincorporated Raider Athletes of the Week, sponsored by American State Bank.

"We are thrilled to continue our partnership with Northwestern College," said SIDEARM Sports CEO and Founder Jeff Rubin. "Our team, along with the exceptional team at Northwestern College, is proud to provide this innovative digital experience to Raiders fans everywhere."

In addition to enhanced visual look of the new Raiders athletic identity, another new feature to the athletics website is the focus on sponsorship availability slots on different areas of the website to continue to support Raider student-athletes in their pursuit of honoring Christ through excellence in athletics, while competing for conference and national championships.

"Our athletic website gets close to 3,000,000 visits in a calendar year," says Vice President for Athletics Dr. Micah Parker. "This refresh will make it easier for our fans to navigate and offer more opportunities for us to sell sponsorships with advertising on our website as a desired item."

Finally, providing a new website redesign, in partnership with SIDEARM, allows for Raider athletics to stay with the times and changing landscape across athletic communications. "It has been a pleasure working with SIDEARM to create the new home of Red Raider athletics," notes Director of Athletic Communications Steve Carlson. "Being able to showcase the athletic excellence of Raider student-athletes via the new website design will allow us to showcase all that Northwestern has to offer!"
