Orange City, Iowa — Austin Hendershot (
Washington Boro, PA) has signed a letter of intent to join the Esports program at Northwestern College.
Hendershot has played League of Legends for Penn Manor High School for the past three years, and plans to study Human Anatomy / Physiology, or Calculus at Northwestern. He is the son of Elaine Dana and Thomas Hendershot.
"We are pumped to have Austin joining our League of Legends team this fall," said Northwestern Director of Esports
Cole Prescott. "His high school Esports experience provided him with a good foundation, and we're excited that we get to continue to build upon that experience as we integrate Austin into our team and help him reach new heights."
