Maria Shortenhaus (
Buffalo Center, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to continue her tennis career at Northwestern College in the fall.
Shortenhaus played for the North Iowa High School tennis team and plans to study Public Relations at Northwestern. She is the daughter of Steve and Martha.
"We are pleased to welcome Maria to our team," said Northwestern Head Coach
Jamie De Jong. "Maria comes to us with passion for the game and look forward to having her join us in the fall."
