ORANGE CITY, Iowa -- Eric Munson (Tea, S.D.) has signed his letter of intent to continue his golf career at Northwestern College.
Munson is a multisport athlete from Tea Area High School that has competed in golf for six years, track for three, and baseball and basketball for one season. Munson was a member of two state championship winning teams in 2018 and 2021. He was selected as an All-State golfer twice and had an 18-hole tournament low of 70.
"We are very excited to add Eric to our golf family," noted Head Coach
Aaron Aberson. "He comes from an extremely successful high school program and has been a part of two state championship team. We're excited to see Eric's improvement over the next four years!"
Munson plans to study Business Administration and Finance at Northwestern College. He is a member of the National Honor Society and an honor roll student. He is the son of Joseph and Shelly.
