Northwestern College picked up its first win of the season with a 2-1 road victory over the University of Jamestown in a conference match played today in Jamestown, N.D. The Raiders improve to 1-3 in the GPAC, 1-3-1 overall; Jamestown loses for just the second time this season, falling to 2-2 in the GPAC, 4-2 overall.Â
Tied 1-1 at the break,
Emma Dunsbergen netted the game-winner during the 77th minute, scoring her first goal of the season.

Ben Karnish's squad, driving one into the goal 11 minutes in. The game was tied at the 33-minute mark by the Jimmies on a goal from Karlie Hintze.
Kaelin Alons earned the win, stopping four Jamestown shots on goal.
Maria Lopes distributed an assist along with a shot on-goal for the Raiders.
Jamestown's sophomore midfielder Kamryn Fiscus tallied four shots on goal for the Jimmies and Alex Nowka accounted for one save.
Northwestern will head to Mitchell, S.D. for another road match-up against Dakota Wesleyan on Wednesday, Oct. 7.
