Game Time... Northwestern College heads to North Dakota for a GPAC doubleheader against the University of Jamestown. First pitch of game one is slated for 1pm. Northwestern has won two straight and is currently in sixth place in the GPAC with a 6-6 record, 13-18 overall. The host Jimmies are fourth in the conference at 9-5, 25-11 overall.

All-Time... The Red Raiders are 4-3 all-time against Jamestown, dating back to the first match-up in the 2005 season. Last year, Northwestern earned a 9-1, five-inning win over the Jimmies in Tucson, Ariz.

The Jimmies bring a four-game win streak into Friday's doubleheader, defeating both Hastings and Doane earlier this week in two-game sets. They sit in fourth place in the conference standings at 9-5, one game in back of Concordia with one week left in the regular season. Jamestown is 25-11 overall and received votes in the national poll earlier this season. 

Gall, the long-time skipper for the Jimmies, has over 500 wins during his 19-year tenure. He has led Jamestown to the NAIA National Tournament - Opening Round the last two years, winning the North Star Athletic Association regular season title last season with a 22-3 record, 44-10 overall. Gall returns four starters and his top pitcher from last year.
