Brayton Tuma (
Tennant, Iowa) has signed a letter of intent to continue his football career at Northwestern College next fall.
Tuma is a 5'11", 170-pound wide receiver and safety who completed a standout, three-year career playing for the AHSTW football team. Tuma, a third team all-state selection, totaled 30 catches for 584 yards and six touchdowns, averaging nearly 20 yards per reception. On defense, he posted 46.5 tackles, four interceptions and two fumble recoveries in leading his team to a state runner-up finish in class A with a 12-1 record. Tuma earned first team all-district honors as a safety and was a five-time player of the week. He plans to major in physical education at Northwestern and is the son of Amy and Dana.
