Northwestern College picked up wins at No. 1 and No.2 singles but lost to College of Saint Benedict 6-3 in a non-conference match-up played in St. Joseph, Minn.
Both Yemisi Ayeni and Zoe Holscher earned their third singles win of the season, picking up victories in the top two spots. Ayeni (3-1) needed a third set but came back to defeat Laura Finn 6-3, 1-6 and 10-7. Holscher knocked offf Erin Kolbow in straight sets, 6-3 and 6-2.Â
Northwestern picked up a win at No. 2 doubles as Kendra McGinnis and Emma Van Drie remain unbeaten (3-0) with an 8-5 win over Erin Kolbow and Taylor Kraemer.Â
