Shaeli Herman (
Lyons, Colo.) has signed a letter of intent to continue her softball career at Northwestern College beginning next fall.
Herman is a 5'2" catcher and infielder who played four years for Lyons High School. Herman hit .407 with nine doubles and one triple last season and has earned all-conference honors two years. A three-time academic all-state selection and member of the National Honor Society, Herman plans to major in Nursing at Northwestern. She is the daughter of Steve and Lori.
"We excited to have Shaeli be part of our strong 2019 recruiting class," commented Northwestern head coach
Chris Nachtigall. "She is a person of high character and is an extremely hard worker. Shaeli will have a positive impact on the Northwestern College campus community and our softball program."
