Box Score

Northwestern College played at Park University Tuesday evening.  The Park Pirates opened their season with a win 3-2 over the Red Raiders. Northwestern is now 0-3 to open the season.

 Northwestern and Park played to a scoreless first half in parksville tonight.  Then, within the first minute of the second half Park got on the board with a goal from Guillermo Carrasco.  

Carrasco then brought the game to a 2-0 score about ten minutes later.  Northwestern was able to get on the board with a goal by Dylan Hengst, assisted by Isaac Wong to make the score 2-1.

Unfortunately for the Raiders the Pirates added to thier lead in the 70th minute with a goal from Pedro De Souza.

Northwestern had a late push with a goal from Braxton Williams, assisted by Hartrick Tarr.  Northwestern could not complete the comeback as the final horn sounded with the score of 3-2.
