2022-23: NAIA Indoor and Outdoor Championships qualifier (4x400) ... GPAC Indoor Champion (4x400) ... GPAC Outdoor All-Conference (4x400).
2020: all-conference in the 4x400-5th place (indoor); competed in five meets during the indoor season; one first place and seven top 10 finishes.
High School:Â standout career in three sports for Sioux Falls Christian High School; state runner-up in the 400m and won the state title as part of the 4x400 relay as a senior; helped lead Sioux Falls Christian to the state championship and ran on the state champion distance medley;Â also a letter winner in basketball and soccer, earning first team all-state honors in soccer.Â
