Hired in the spring of 2008, Swier begins his 19th season as the head of the Raiders men's soccer program in 2026. Swier has guided the Raiders to the most wins (185) and is the longest tenured coach in program history. He has led the Raiders to three GPAC titles, winning the regular season in 2025 and 2021, and the tournament in 2023.
