High School: five-year letterwinner for Remsen St. Mary’s; earned all-state honors two years and named to the state tournament all-state team as a sophomore; a three-time all-conference and all-district selection. 

Academic: Elementary Education major. Personal: daughter of Paige and Jason List; also ran for the Red Raider track and field team (indoor)
