Northwestern College Athletics

2019: competed in three races as a freshman; one top 25 finish; placed 55th at GPAC Championship; among the Raiders top seven runners in three meets.

High School: competed in both cross country and track and field for Sheldon High School; two-time state qualifier in cross country; finished fifth at state as a senior; earned all-conference two years; qualified for state track and field three years; finished third as a member of the 4x800 relay as a junior; named both the Siouxland Athlete of the Week and Northwest Iowa Review Athlete of the Week.
