2017: NAIA Scholar Athlete; national qualifier; competed in all seven races; best 5K time-19:53 (NAIA), top finish-46th (GPAC)

2016: NAIA Scholar Athlete; competed in all six events; best 5K time-20:15 (GPAC), top finish-26th (Herb Blakely / DSU)

2015: competed in all six races; one of the Red Raiders top seven runners in four races; placed 70th at GPAC Championship.

2014: competed in all six meets as a freshman; was one of the Red Raiders top eight runners in every meet; one top 25 finish; placed 61st at GPAC Championship.

High School: competed both in track and cross country for North Polk High School; two-time state qualifier in cross country, placed 46th in leading her team to a 12th place finish at the state meet as senior; finished 33rd at the state meet in 2012; three-year state qualifier in track and field, competing in both the 4x400 and 4x800 relays as a senior. 

Academic: Social Work major; Public Relations minor. Personal: daughter of Rob and Theresa Sinclair and Crissy and Jim Honkomp; sister to Tyler, Jessi, Hunter, Wyatt, Nicole, Nick and Natasha; also a letterwinner and national qualifier for the Red Raider track and field team; all-conference in the 4x800 (Indoor).
