2017: earned All-American honors after finishing 18th at NAIA Championships; all-conference; 4x GPAC Runner of the Week; won two races; 5 top 10 finishes; best 5K time-17:57 (NAIA)

2016: national qualifier; earned all-conference honors; two top 10 finishes; best finish-4th (Mount Marty), best 5K time-18:17 (GPAC).

2015: recorded one top 20 finish; one of the team's top two runners in ever meet; team's top runner in three meets; placed 26th at GPAC Championship.

2014: recorded one top five finish; two in the top 25; held down the #2 spot for the Red Raiders in five of the six meets.

High School: earned a combined eight letters for the Ankeny High School cross country and track and field teams; three-time state qualifier in cross country and was named the team’s most valuable runner as a senior; qualified for the Drake Relays as a member of the 4x800 three years and as a member of the 4x400 relay as a senior; member of the Drake Relays runner-up 4x800 relay as a junior;  four-time state qualifier, placing eighth in the 4x800 as a senior and 10th in the 800m; finished fourth in the 4x800 relay at the state meet as a junior. 

Academic: Nursing major. Personal: daughter of Brad and Kelli; sister to Emily, Sarah, Megan and Jake; also a 7x All-American in track and field.
