American State Bank Athletes of the Week

ORANGE CITY, Iowa – Northwestern College athletics has named football student-athlete Colby Duncan and volleyball student-athlete Stella Winterfeld as the Raider Athletes of the Week, presented by American State Bank, for their performances during the week of September 7.

MALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Colby Duncan, Football

Duncan (Jr., Omaha, Neb.) totaled 427 yards and five touchdowns in Northwestern's 43-35 win at No. 7 Morningside.
He completed 19 passes at a 67.9% mark for 239 yards and a score.
Duncan rushed for 188 yards and found the end zone four times on the ground.

FEMALE ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Stella Winterfeld, Volleyball

Winterfeld (Sr., Sioux Center, Iowa) led the Raiders offensively in four sweeps last week.
The senior outside hitter averaged 5.00 kills per set with 27 digs and seven blocks.
She had a season-high 23 kills in Friday's win over Ottawa (Kan.), hitting an efficient .625 in the match.
