Potthoff Earns GPAC Honor After Two Top-25 Wins

SIOUX CITY, Iowa – Northwestern sophomore setter Nyah Potthoff has been named the GPAC Setter of the Week, presented by Hauff/Mid-America Sports, for the second time this season.

"We had three good wins this week as a team, with two of them being top-25 wins over Viterbo and Dakota Wesleyan," head coach Kyle Van Den Bosch said. "These honors are well deserved for both Stella and Nyah as they both had excellent weeks."

Potthoff averaged 11.90 assists per set in a 3-0 week for the Red Raiders. She had 42 assists in the four-set win over No. 24 Viterbo and dished out 39 assists in a sweep of No. 12 Dakota Wesleyan. Potthoff also served four aces, totaled 25 digs, and blocked four attempts.

The Raiders are back at home tomorrow night, hosting Dordt for a 7:30 p.m. first serve.
