Raiders Complete Time at NAIA Championships

GAINESVILLE, Fla. – The Red Raider men's track and field team sent three individual events and two relays to the NAIA Championships, as Carson Van Sickle and Braden Kalvelage both posted top-10 finishes.

Thursday's action started with the relays, as the 4x800m team of Dietrich Dirks, Brady Van Sickle, Quinlan Rundquist, and Carson Van Sickle outperformed their season mark by over five seconds to finish 14^th in the field. The 4x400m team of Connor Slaba, Damon Bye, Aziah Ashley, and Grant Palmer rounded out its indoor season with a 17^th-place finish, posting a season-best 3:16.61.

Individual events took center stage on Friday, as Braden Kalvelage competed in the long jump and 200m simultaneously, and Carson Van Sickle raced in the 800m. Kalvelage placed ninth in both of his events, while Van Sickle was ninth in the 800m.
