The Raiders faced a tough Concordia lineup to open the day. Noah Parmelee provided the highlight at 141 pounds, earning a dominant 19-4 technical fall to put Northwestern on the board. Northwestern responded with improved performances against Doane. Parmelee once again impressed at 141, picking up an 18-7 major decision. Johnny Burnette followed with a strong 10-2 major decision at 149, giving the Raiders back-to-back wins in the middle of the lineup. Doane pulled away late with falls at several weights to close out the dual.
