Northwestern Set to Host GPAC Men’s Wrestling Championships

ORANGE CITY, Iowa – The 2026 GPAC Men's Wrestling Championships are set to take place on February 20 and 21 at the Rowenhorst Student Center Four-Court Area at Northwestern College. The event will feature 12 wrestlers from each of the nine GPAC men's wrestling teams, competing for top honors in this highly anticipated wrestling championship.

The championships will begin on Friday, February 20, at 2:00 p.m., and continue on Saturday, February 21, starting at 10:00 a.m. Wrestling enthusiasts will have the opportunity to watch some of the top talents in the GPAC conference, including standout wrestlers from Northwestern.

The Raider lineup showcases a mix of experienced and promising wrestlers, including key athletes such as Johnny Burnette, who holds an impressive season record of 18-10, and 2025 NAIA qualifier Noah Parmelee, whose strong performance this season is reflected in his 17-5 record. Other notable competitors from Northwestern include Logan Schroeder (6-19), Cade Braun (10-12), Joel Arias (9-10), Jaxson Hildebrand (9-6), Logan Ash (11-13), Wyatt Bice (5-10), Carter Peterson (6-15), Reid Hulshof (6-6), Ethan Skoglund (12-14), and Thomas Vance (6-9).

For those unable to attend in person, the championships will be broadcast live on the GPAC Network and FloWrestling, ensuring fans can catch all the action from wherever they are. Tickets for the event are available online and at the gate, priced at $10 for adults and $3 for students. Please note that NAIA Passes will be accepted, but Institution Season Passes will not be permitted, and all GPAC faculty and staff are required to pay for entry.
